Creamy Hot Cocoa For A Crowd
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 6 cups Whole Milk
- 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 16 ounces Semi-Sweet Baking Bar finely chopped
- Marshmallows, candy canes and Santa mugs for serving
Directions
Add whole milk to 4-quart slow cooker. Add cocoa powder and whisk until incorporated.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk to combine
Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally to be sure chocolate remains smooth.
Check temp throughout the party. If your cooker runs hot, turn off to prevent burning. Turn on again to warm as needed. Stir occasionally to keep cocoa deliciously sippable all evening.
