The house was great as described, however, the cutouts for the plastic piece to set it up were cut just a bit too large. As I wanted to use it right away, my mom and I rigged some paper in between to make the fit tight. The first house I bought did not have this issue and worked fine. I would definitely give it a 5 rating. I would purchase again.

I purchased all 3 pieces and since I live in a small cottage these are perfect for my lack of storage. I would definitely buy any new designs without question. A church with stained glass or a 5 & Dime or a soda shop would be so great. These are so well made and will be great treasures to pass down to the grand babies! Thank you so much Retro Christmas!
