Sugar and Spice Pecans
The ultimate cocktail nosh. Makes a yummy take-home party favor, too.
3 cups whole pecans, shelled
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp fine sea salt
1 Tbs Ceylon cinnamon
¼ cup water
Add ingredients to large skillet on medium-low. Stir continuously, coating pecans as sugar melts. Cook three to five minutes until lightly toasted. Cool on parchment-lined baking sheet. Store in air-tight container until ready to serve
The recipe for these no-bake beauties is a true 1954 classic. Just as crowd-pleasing today as they were then!

1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup bourbon
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in confectioners’ sugar. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen balls.
